About the Development

The Well Coconut Grove is a joint venture between Terra, one of South Florida’s most active developers, and AB Asset Management. The project is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis. Terra and AB Asset Management secured a reported $410 million construction loan from TYKO Capital to fund the build, described as the largest construction loan Coconut Grove has seen. Construction broke ground in January of this year, and delivery is targeted for around 2028.

As reported, the building rises eight stories and holds 194 residences, one to four bedrooms, with more than half of the building already presold as of the groundbreaking. This is not a huge tower chasing scale. It is a mid-rise with a specific point of view, and that point of view is wellness.

Residences are planned with imported Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and select units are reported to include a dedicated “wellness den” for at-home workouts or meditation.
