Brickell’s Live-Work Tower Gets a Second Act

PMG built its first One Twenty Brickell tower around a simple idea: give every homeowner their own private office, not just a home office nook, but an actual deeded workspace down the hall. That tower sold out. Now PMG is back with a second, larger building on the same site, One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, and it doubles down on the concept that made the first one work.

About the Development

One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences rises at 120 SW 8th Street, developed by PMG (Property Markets Group) with architecture by Sieger Suarez. It is reported at 40 stories with 467 fully furnished residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Sales launched in 2026, following the sellout of PMG’s first One Twenty Brickell tower on the same site. Delivery is expected in 2028.

What Makes It Different

The signature feature here is the same one that sold out the first tower: every residence comes with its own individually deeded private office suite. Each office is glass-enclosed with secure locking access, a dedicated desk and chair, two guest seats, a finished accent wall, TV wiring, and complimentary Wi-Fi, so it functions as real, separate workspace rather than a corner of your living room.

For buyers who split time between Miami and somewhere else, or who simply want a hard line between home and work without leaving the building, that is a genuinely different pitch than most towers going up in Brickell right now. It also gives an investor a second, distinct amenity to point to when renting the unit out.

Location and Neighborhood

Brickell is Miami’s financial district and its most active pre-construction market, and this site sits right in the middle of it, an easy walk to the river, the shops and restaurants of Brickell City Centre, and the office towers where a lot of residents here actually work. The Residences

Reported unit types run from studios up through three-bedroom homes, all delivered fully furnished. Interiors are built around Italian kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, a Miele appliance package, Italkraft kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, and a contemporary lighting package.
