The tower is being developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners. The stacked cube design comes from conceptual architect Carlos Ott, working alongside Sieger Suarez Architects, and the interiors are by BAMO.

It is a real vertical landmark. The lower cubes hold a Waldorf Astoria hotel, the brand’s first in Miami, and the upper cubes are private branded residences. You get the century-old Waldorf Astoria level of service layered on top of true condo ownership. The building is under construction right now and climbing steadily over Downtown.

Location and Neighborhood

You are right on Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of Downtown Miami, looking out over Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic on one side, and the city skyline on the other.

You are steps from Bayfront Park and the Brightline station, with fast rail to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. You are close to the Arsht Center, PAMM, and the Frost Science Museum, and just across the river from Brickell. Miami International Airport is about 15 minutes away.
