619 Brickell by Nobu: Miami’s First Nobu Branded Residence Comes to Brickell

Nobu Hospitality has announced its first residential project in Miami. The tower will rise at 619 Brickell Avenue, 74 stories tall. It sits on one of the last direct bayfront sites in the neighborhood, just south of Icon Brickell. Views include Biscayne Bay, Brickell Key, Key Biscayne, and Fisher Island.

This is not just another luxury tower in Brickell. It is a branded residence built around Nobu’s hospitality philosophy: Japanese-inspired minimalism, world-class dining, and a service culture focused on calm, quality, and attention to detail.

The Team Behind 619 Brickell

Three major players joined forces on this project:

  • Nobu Hospitality — The global luxury brand founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper. They provide the lifestyle and service vision.
  • 13th Floor Investments — A South Florida developer with over 50 projects and $3.4 billion in managed real estate. They handle the development side.
  • Key International — Four decades of experience in luxury residential and hospitality. Past projects include 1010 Brickell and 400 Sunny Isles.

The architecture comes from Foster + Partners, the British firm led by Sir Norman Foster. They are responsible for Apple Park, the Hearst Tower, and landmarks across the globe. Sieger Suarez Architects, a Miami firm, serves as the collaborating architect.

Design and Interiors

Foster + Partners designed the tower as a glass-enveloped structure. Every residence gets panoramic bay views. The design is contemporary and restrained, reflecting Nobu’s ethos of natural materials and quiet sophistication.

The approximately 300 residences will feature high-end finishes and advanced home technology. Select units will offer large wraparound terraces with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

The interiors draw from Japanese minimalism. Marble, oak, and stone create spaces that feel serene and grounded. It is a deliberate contrast to the energy of the city outside.

Amenities and the Nobu Lifestyle

The development includes over 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Residents will have access to:

  • A full-service spa and wellness retreat
  • A state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio
  • Wellness programming inspired by Japanese bathing traditions
  • A resort-style pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay
  • A serene poolside café

What makes 619 Brickell different is the integration of Nobu’s hospitality into daily life. Residents enjoy concierge services, housekeeping options, dining perks, and event support. All delivered with the Nobu standard of service.

This is not a building that happens to have a restaurant downstairs. The restaurant and the residences are designed as one cohesive experience.

Miami’s Second Nobu Restaurant

At ground level, 619 Brickell will feature Miami’s second Nobu restaurant. It is designed with a circular layout and waterfront views of Biscayne Bay. Residents will enjoy world-class Japanese-Peruvian dining steps from their front door, with in-residence Nobu dining options as well.

For the neighborhood, it adds another destination restaurant to Brickell’s impressive culinary scene.

Location

619 Brickell Avenue sits on one of Miami’s most coveted stretches of waterfront. The site is walkable to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. It is also close to the financial institutions, law firms, and consulates that define Brickell as Miami’s business hub.

The Metrorail and Metromover connect residents to Downtown, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables. Brickell attracts buyers who want a genuine urban lifestyle. It is walkable by Miami standards, globally connected, and home to self-contained service buildings. 619 Brickell fits perfectly into that evolution.

Who Is This For?

619 Brickell is built for discerning buyers and international investors. It suits those who value branded hospitality, bold architecture, and a bayfront address in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Whether as a primary residence, a second home, or a long-term investment, this project offers something rare in Brickell: the Nobu name, a Foster + Partners design, and direct access to Biscayne Bay.
